CMS publishes its main update once a year, each June, and sometimes corrects records in between. We will email you when a refresh changes what is reported for a doctor you watch.

How it works
- Pick a doctor and confirm your email. That's the whole setup: no account.
- When CMS publishes the yearly refresh, we compare the new record to the old one.
- If totals, companies, or products changed for a doctor you watch, you get one short email.
- Every email includes a remove link. Watches are free, up to 5 per email address.
We store your email and the doctors you watch, nothing else. Payments in this data are legal and often routine; a change is information, not an alarm.
