How it works

• Pick a doctor and confirm your email. That's the whole setup: no account.
• When CMS publishes the yearly refresh, we compare the new record to the old one.
• If totals, companies, or products changed for a doctor you watch, you get one short email.
• Every email includes a remove link. Watches are free, up to 5 per email address.

We store your email and the doctors you watch, nothing else. Payments in this data are legal and often routine; a change is information, not an alarm.
